AND bassoonist Dana Jessen will celebrate the release of her Innova cd (her first) with Paula Matthusen (electronics), Dan Peck (tuba), and Andrew Drury (percussion).

An all-clarinet big band (i.e. about 15 clarinets of all shapes and sizes that play the sax, trombone, and trumpet parts of a traditional big band) plays music by Julius Hemphill, James Jabbo Ware, and others. This group is a sound spectacle, really unique, and not to be missed.
